By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Habit Bank mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. App Character and Purpose

Important Notice:

The Habit Bank application is exclusively of entertainment and motivational character. All point values ("coins", "points", "rewards") are fictional and have no correlation to real money or right to withdrawal. The reward and penalty system serves only to build habits and is not in any aspect a game of chance, gambling, or betting - users cannot lose real money in any way nor win real value.

3. Virtual Currency Disclaimer

  • Fictional Nature:
    All virtual currency, points, coins, and rewards within the App are entirely fictional and hold no real-world monetary value.
  • No Real Money Value:
    Users cannot exchange, withdraw, redeem, or convert virtual currency for real money, goods, or services of any kind.
  • Currency Symbols:
    Currency symbols used in the application (PLN, USD, EUR, etc.) serve exclusively as visual labels for points and have no reflection in real currency exchange rates nor possibility of exchange for real money. These symbols are purely graphical elements to enhance user experience.
  • No Gambling or Betting:
    The App does not constitute gambling, betting, or any form of game of chance. No real money transactions occur within the App.
  • No Purchasing or Trading:
    Virtual currency cannot be purchased with real money, nor can it be sold, traded, or transferred between users.

4. Data and Privacy

    While the App is designed to support habit development, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in behavior.
