By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Habit Bank mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. Virtual Currency Disclaimer (Points System)

• Fictional Nature:
  All virtual currency, points, coins, and rewards within the App are entirely fictional and hold no real-world monetary value. Points are solely a progress tracking mechanism.
• No Real Money Value:
  Users cannot exchange, withdraw, redeem, or convert Points or virtual currency for real money, goods, or services of any kind. Points have zero monetary value and cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, or converted to any form of real currency or tangible benefits outside the App.
• Rewards Are Not Payable:
  Personal rewards created by users within the App are self-defined motivational goals only. The App does not provide, deliver, or pay out any rewards. Users are responsible for fulfilling their own self-defined rewards, and Habit Bank has no obligation or liability related to user-created rewards. Rewards cannot be withdrawn, paid out, or claimed from the App or its operator in any way.
• Currency Symbols and Generic Currency Sign (¤):
  The App uses the generic currency sign ¤ (an international standard for unspecified or virtual currency) in combination with currency symbols (e.g., PLN¤, USD¤, EUR¤) to clearly indicate that Points are virtual and not real money. These symbols serve exclusively as visual labels for Points and have no reflection in real currency exchange rates nor possibility of exchange for real money. They are purely graphical elements to enhance user experience and do not represent actual currency.
• No Gambling or Betting:
  The App does not constitute gambling, betting, or any form of game of chance. No real money transactions occur within the App. Users cannot win or lose real money.
• No Purchasing or Trading:
  Points and virtual currency cannot be purchased with real money, nor can they be sold, traded, or transferred between users. There is no mechanism to exchange Points for anything of monetary value.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Habit Bank and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties:
  The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability:
  In no event shall Habit Bank be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
• Entertainment Purpose:
  While the App is designed to support habit development, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in behavior.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
